The Pune Division of Varsha Forgings is the company's precision machining, sub-assembly, and Just-In-Time (JIT) logistics hub. Located in Markal, Tal-Khed, Pune, Maharashtra, this facility has been operational since 2013 and is positioned adjacent to India's densest automotive manufacturing ecosystem.

Unlike the heavy forging operations at the Aurangabad plant, the Pune facility is engineered for high-tolerance finishing operations on near-net-shape forgings. It houses over 60 CNC turning centers, 17 Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs), gear hobbing machines, and dedicated assembly lines. This concentration of precision infrastructure makes it the designated production node for final machining, elastomeric bushing integration, hardware insertion, and sub-assembly of forged automotive, commercial vehicle, and railway components.
